  • Add Players - Providers should be able to add players (students) easily with name, email, and phone.
  • Provider Login - Provider should get a login id where he / she can get all relevant info for players including student spends, schedules etc 
  • Player Login - Players should get a login access to view coaches’ calendar, book lessons, pay for lessons and get lesson feedback.

  • Appointment Booking - Players could click a button for appointment booking.
  • Calendar - The provider and players should be able to see open and closed provider availability slots.
  • Messaging - A messaging center where providers can connect with students and students can connect with other students. 
  • Session Feedback – Providers can give lesson feedback via an email like interface.
  • Tele-Coaching - Tele-Coaching is the use of communications technology to provide real-time remote tennis coaching services to players.
    • Store-and-Forward - Store-and-Forward comes from telemedicine background. It is a process by which tennis and tennis support professionals like tennis coaches, sports psychologists, meditation coaches, yoga gurus, nutritionists, fitness professionals, players and parents exchange player related evaluations, assessments, imaging, video recordings, and other data amongst each other. It’s like email, but it’s achieved using a system that has advanced security features to protect patient confidentiality. Tennis coaches can review match recordings.
    • Remote Player Monitoring (RPM) - Remote Player Monitoring (RPM) employs a variety of electronic instruments that keep track of a player’s ongoing stats. This is a case where wearables may be used to track things like heart rate, steps taken, calories burned real time to monitor players. Players can also self-describe status and have providers remotely monitor condition.
    • Real-Time Tele-Coaching - Providers and players utilize video conferencing devices to hear and view each other during a real-time Tele-Coaching consultation. Mental coaching, meditation, yoga, tactical coaching, rehab and nutrition advice can be easily given via Real Time Tele-Coaching. Feature coming soon!
